BioFlux™ 200 System for Live
Cell Imaging Under Shear Flow
The BioFlux 200 is the latest addition to the BioFlux family,
and it offers added throughput and control for your live cell
imaging assays. Using the simple software interface, you can
easily automate critical steps such as shear flow control,
compound addition, image acquisition, and data analysis.
A complete solution for cellular adhesion experiments. BioFlux 200 offers higher
throughput, ease of use, and reliability for rolling and static cell adhesion
assays. The compact design utilizes Fluxion's microfluidic well-plate technology
to eliminate the excessive tubing and unreliable pumps and gaskets normally found
in laminar flow system. Individual flow cells are embedded directly into standard
multi-well plates. Experiments are controlled with ease directly from the intuitve
software package. Shear flow, compound addition, and temperature are all controlled
automatically.
Live Cell Imaging Made Easy
The BioFlux system is a complete solution, with all
components necessary to set up and run live cell
experiments under shear flow. A simple, intuitive
graphical user interface allows multiple protocols
to be established and retrieved easily.
Precise
Control Over Shear Flow
The BioFlux system allows experiments to include shear
stress changes, automatic cell and reagent addition,
automatic compound addition at specified time points,
and simultaneous running of a control channel. Up to 24 individual experiments
can be run simultaneously.
Powerful Features
- Online compound addition: Compounds are preloaded
in separate wells and automatically added at specified time
points and flow rates.
- Automated Imaging: BioFlux software initiates image acquisition and storage
at user-specified intervals.
- Flexibility: Multiple plate formats, imaging modalities, and software configurations
provide endless research possibilities.
- Ease of Use: Simple to set up, no cleaning of chambers, and easy to program
software make complex assays easy to run.
- Integrated Imaging Analysis: Acquire images automatically, analyze rolling
velocity and static adhesion using BioFlux imaging software routines.
